Our Design Process
No other space in your home defines your family's life as much as your kitchen does. Food is created and enjoyed, the moments of our lives are shared, and memories are made. Designing a space for you requires that we study and analyze your lifestyle and your current, as well as future needs. The following steps are how we take your dreams of a beautiful, functional new space and turn them into reality.
STEP 1: "Free 1-Hour Consultation at JW Kitchens” During your free 1-hour consultation, we will discuss your project in depth and go over your budget, timeline, and expectations. During this time, we will also review any inspiration photos, items on your wish list, and any other ideas you have for your space.
STEP 2: "Home Visit" One of our talented designers will visit with you at your home to discuss your project in depth. At this time we will inspect your home, determine your needs and restrictions, and take detailed measurements of your space.
STEP 3: "Preliminary Design Presentation + Revisions" Go over preliminary design concepts, draw scaled floorplans, and create photo-realistic renderings of your space to help you envision the finished product. At this time, we will also make revisions and adjustments to the plans (up to three if needed).
STEP 4: "Final Design Presentation + Ordering" Meet with you at JW Kitchens for a final design presentation of your space where we will review the revised drawings that include detailed floor plans, photo realistic renderings, and elevations of your space. At this time, we will also discuss the total cost of your project and prepare for ordering!
STEP 5: "Install" Our knowledgeable and experienced staff of designers and appliance specialists will be there to guide you through your remodel every step of the way.
